I think you've got no problem picking up mattepainting. check out mattepainting.org its got tons of resources. judging form the images in your gallery youve pretty much got a great eye for imagery and alot of your works are pretty much already mattepaintings
thanks but then the thing is, i can see myself drawing somethng but when i try, it doesn't even come out decent or readable and i dont understand what kind brushes people use. i know to work with opacity, but like what brush is best to use for the quick sketch painting before painting it seriously? if i make any sense
ow heheh, seeing urself doing something is probly not even half of the work, when it comes down to it its just practice really. Just go at it little by little, your already heading the right direction by being able to see what looks good and what doesn't in creating art. Not everyone is able to see things with an artist's eye.
